I chased a beautiful late 60s Corvair all the way down Fremont into Alhambra, where I promptly lost it at the Main Street light.
Oh well. Just look what I stumbled across as a consolation.

I love the name "Modern Auto Service." Harkens back to when movie houses advertised "It's Cool Inside!" I would be suspect of a place with such a name. But you never know.

Modern Auto is "the" place to take any 70's or earlier auto, or muscle car. The owner Bill is a old pro racer from the 60's, he's a Mopar expert but works on many So Pas muscle cars. I recommend him highly.
That is so cool, Mike! I've driven past that shop before and wondered about it. I'm glad he still has the retro sign. I love it.
