Laurie---wow, this house, if I'm thinking of the right one, has changed a bit. Didn't used to have as large of plate glass, more muntins and mullions. Used to be a lighter color, but can't think of what at the moment.
But yes, some beautiful shots from there at times! Including yours!
views from the Altos are stunning. i used to take them for granted and complained about how my house was far away from everything (after all, my friends could just walk to Thrifty's (Rite Aid will always be Thrifty's in my eyes) for ice cream or Busters for ice cream or even the library for a armful of books. well, everything has its pros and cons.
and judging by the size of this hillside home, i'm guessing it'll take probably $2 mil give or take:)

This daily blog covered almost 5 years as I put down roots in my new home town -- and almost 5 more as I settled in and became a South Pas old-timer. Here it is...my time capsule of South Pasadena.

Thank you Charlie's Coffee House for hosting my photo exhibit, South Pas: Observed. From October 2011 through January 2012 my pictures graced the walls of the best place in town to get a cup of coffee!
Read the nifty story on photo bloggers Petrea Burchard, Ben Wideman, Kat Likkel and little old me featured in the September, 2011 issue of Pasadena Magazine.

Looks like a half million dollar house featured on Houses Hunters the other night.
I don't know the official architectural name but to me, it screams California contemporary. I like the various window levels.
Half a million in South Pas couldn't buy this place, Abe. More like a clapboard shack.
Abe---crank the $$ up.

It's fun to imagine the view and then see some of your amazing earlier shots. Beautiful.

I always wanted to see that house inside. You are right about the views Laurie and Alex.
