I see a lot of old cars around town, but this is the first time I've seen a Kennedy for President bumper sticker. Are we sure South Pas doesn't have a time machine? (I'll lay odds it's here. Or maybe here.)
I first thought it was a Plymouth Valiant, but I think you're right, Judy. But, it can't be an original Kennedy sticker if it was one for JFK. He was elected in Nov 1960.

This daily blog covered almost 5 years as I put down roots in my new home town -- and almost 5 more as I settled in and became a South Pas old-timer. Here it is...my time capsule of South Pasadena.

It's beautiful, indeed! I remember I used to see a car like this in my hometown when I was a kid.
The bumper sticker may be worth more than the car.
Yep, a 61 Comet. That's awesome. Truly like you took a photo in another time. I'm sure those are the original bumper stickers.

I love this one.
Unless the owner had an unused JFK bumper sticker and put it on the car at some later point.
they don't make 'em like they used to. including bumper stickers.
Dig the chrome! We don't see that very often anymore.
I never see all these cars. Laurie has a special knack for bringing them out!
Kennedy???!!! Which one???
I love the model of your car, and it's really perfect to use for my trip :)
