While I was recently shooting this beautiful old Chevy, a man passing by stopped and took a long, wistful look.
When I look at an old car like that," he said, "I see myself."
Me too. (I'm right there in the hub cap. See?)

I happened to think, everyone doesn't know or remember Dinah Shore and her famous Chevrolet ad where she threw a kiss to the audience.

Yeah. There are several versions of "See the USA in a Chevrolet" on YouTube. We talked about some of them a month or so ago. I think the kiss thing that Dinah Shore did may have been her own signature thing that she incorporated into the song.
Who needs Dinah Shore when we've got our own Laurie Allee???!!!
