Street Style

I definitely don't look this chic when I walk my dogs.

Very interesting photo. So much going on, texture and colorwise. I'm reminded of the woman who used to walk a little pot-bellied pig around on a leash in that area. One time I saw her walking past Bristol Farms wearing a bikini and walking the pig. It was every man's dream because you could look at her all you wanted, and no one would suspect that you weren't looking at the pig.

What a great story, Mr. E. I like her flat boots and black dress. The overall shape (although she's curvier) is mimicked in the darkened doors and windows of the Spanish house in front of her. Now I'm trying to figure out what type of dogs those are. I'm thinking mixes of some kind.

There's just something about the slight stop action of a person in mid-stride. :)

This Sunday morning walk with the doggies made me think of This Great Old Song Happy Sunday everyone!

You and me both, Laurie. Or is that you and me neither?

WV: Oofflo. I look just oofflo in the morning.

I love this shot. I never see scantily clad women when I go to Fedex, either. Great eye as always, Laurie.

I was hoping dbdubya would remember her. The pig liked to eat ice, I remember that. She'd get a bunch of ice cubes and put them on a walkway in the shade, and the pig would, well, pig out.

Just got back from 10 days in Kansas City and Tampa. Had to nurse my car back from LAX on surface streets due to a radiator leak, but made it with engine intact.

My dogs love ice and I give it to them instead of water most of the time. They don't gulp it down and the vet says it doesn't hurt their teeth. If I belly up to the frig to get ice out of the ice maker, they both come and sit there, waiting for a treat. It is said that pigs are smarter than dogs. I wish I could have seen that, Mr. E!! Welcome back home. Glad to know you made it safely without ruining your engine.

Thanks, Judy. I did land in Dallas 4 times in the process!

Oh, man, I never look this good when I'm walking Boz. I definitely look like oofflo and my hair looks like phist (my WV). Great shot.

Boz likes ice, too. I think he likes the crunch.

I don't remember the pig, Mr. Earl and no doubt I would remember a bikini-wearing pig walker.

I dated a girl once who had a pet pig. Her yard was walled and the pig lived in the garage. He was very protective of his owner. When I'd walk through the gate he would charge out of the side door of the garage towards me, or anyone who entered. Pigs can hear and smell well, but they have poor eyesight. The trick was to stand where you were until just before he got there and then step to the side, sort of like a matador and a charging bull. He'd only do it once and after that he'd let you scratch his chin. His owner didn't move fast enough one time and she had a nasty scar on her calf from his tusk. I only went out with her 2-3 times. There was something about the pig that told me it just wasn't going to work out.

I don't look this chic when I walk the dog or when I don't! Love the shot, Laurie.

There is nothing chic about Uggs.

Great shot Laurie...although now that I've read about Mr E's bikini clad pig-walker...I'm thinking this one may be a bit overdressed...

So Uggs are out now, heh???

Mr. Earl, you made me blush!
A bikini clad young think walking a pig... Oh my.
You bet when I walk our dogs tonite, I will be considering my sweats (er, wardrobe) carefully.
