Do me a favor, and head on over to South Pasadena Patch sometime this morning, before lunch. No, I'm not going to ask you to read another column of mine there, I just never expected to be in the news. If it's not evident what I'm (obnoxiously, mysteriously) talking about when you click, try again later...
And thank you, South Pasadena.
Update 1:00PM -- I'm not sure when the story I wanted you to read will post, so, like, well ... talk amongst yourselves? Here's a topic: colored lights or clear for holiday decorating? Your thoughts?

I will have to click it to see what you are up to.
And when I see the sign that, points one way...
Nice photo. Is that arrow to show where the little theater is?
Ok, so I'm not sure when the story is going to post at Patch. So, um, how's everyone doing with holiday shopping? Gotten your latkes yet, Earl?
Yes, that arrow points the the high school little theater. Wanna sneak in and do Oh Dad? :-)
Colored lights but not blinking.
(Curious about you in the news!)
White lights. Definitely not blinking.
I wanted to tell you that your piece on Lennon was beautifully written. The way you set it up had me believing I was in your skin. That teenage thing where time was unscheduled and you could just roam.
Colored lights!!!
Can't wait to read all about whatever it is that's coming up!! I've got an idea though!!!
I'm going to the HS play on Saturday. Now I know just how to get there.
Your blog is very mysterious and powerful. Its mystery is only exceeded by its power.
Still not up :(
Okay, now I'm really wondering what's up.
(I like blinking colored lights, like the little lava lamp ones from my childhood.)
Does this have anything to do with a certain article I read in The Review? (Congratulations!)
I know what it is, little bird, but I'm not saying!
Colored lights, definitely. And absolutely no hanging icicles. They were clever the first year they came out but they are now overdone. And the colored lights have to be the old style large ones, and under no circumstances can they blink or be all the same color.
Actually, if it comes right down to it...my favorite lights are the old bubble lights from the fifties!!! There was a resurgence of them a few years back...they're just plain cool!!!
If you don't want my ornaments, honey, please don't shake my tree!
this is a really nice photo of my school! your photos are amazing!
