Ah, Southern California autumn. While other parts of the country find sweaters just in time for apple bobbing, we slather on SPF 30 to face a blast furnace. Or we just stay inside and drink lemonade. (Better yet, we drink margaritas.)
Highs are expected to reach 102 today and 105 on Monday. Winter will be here before we know it!

I love the balmy evenings on our deck.,,with a glass of very cold white wine in hand.
Love the low light except for the cool drink (with the diagonal straw) and the backlit silhouettes.
We had our first cold front and it dropped to the low 70's. Tonight, it might actually be chilly.
Thanks, girls!
Here in San Diego this weekend, we saw our first temps above 90 this year. I feel so sorry for the tourists, who shiver in June and July ... and the conference goers, who roast in their suits and ties in October. Needless to say, we sell a lot of white Chargers jerseys in our shop - who wants to wear navy blue in this weather?
Boy does that lemonade look GOOD! Or margarita. Whatever. I want it. Now.
