I like the curved columns amidst the sharp angles of the brick overhangs and reflective windows. They do look like robots!!! I'm always a fan of the mix of man-made and natural. I like how the upper windows are giving us back their version of the blue sky. :)
These buildings look institutional... how are they used?

Whatever you do, don't let the CIA find out about Little Bit's amazing powers of empathy and perception... she could be their next conscript for staring at goats.
That's an office building on Fair Oaks, Yak. Although it's a newer building by South Pasadena standards, it's attractive, well maintained, and fits in well.
Little Bit has an amazing imagination and ability to see things the rest of us simply pass by.
In December of 2007, after many years on the west side of Los Angeles (and at least a third of those years spent stuck in traffic on Pico Boulevard) my family settled into a happy little house in South Pasadena.
