Caption this photo (#27)

Kyle was the type of guy who would give you the table off his back.

Or...

She watched as he walked away from her apartment. It wasn't that the date had gone badly, just that he was such a total square.

No?

Okay, fine. Anyone else want to give it a try?

I'm anxiously awaiting to see what Yak says on this one. :)

I'm completely at a loss.

He set a fine table wherever he went. And then he'd just pick up and carry it all away..

He was on his way to a, "square meal" and was bringing his own table.

Ever since he got his first one when he was five years old, John had been fascinated by turtles. By nine, when some of the little girls in his class pretended to be horses, he had convinced himself that he was a turtle. Although Dr. Hopkins, the local child psychiatrist, had predicted that John would outgrow his delusion by puberty, it never happened.

When no one has your back, you learn to take care of yourself.

Mister Earl, you are totally scary in your first post, and totally correct in your second one!

Oh Laurie, I give you the win.

He was always ready to bring something to the table.

Mister Earl inspired a haiku:

His love did not come.
He packed his life on his back
And walked until spring.

Kyle invented a whole new level to "I'm not going to play with you." He called it, "you're not going to play--period."

Mister Earl said...

Yeah, Anton. Kyle said, "I don't care if you have three aces and two kings, it's my table and I'm not playing anymore."

Back to my Teenage Mutant Ninja T----- videos.

Kyle saw the Joffrey ballet perform "The Green Table" ballet this past weekend. The ballet is about the futility of war...Kyle then saw this table at a garage sale, picked it up, will paint it green, and deliver it to the So Pas City Hall...

And Julie, thank you! I'll be over to pick it up!
