This proclamation jumped out at me from the window of the Fast Frame shop on Mission. I know it refers to photographs or works in an art collection but the message is open to interpretation. If this building were to be unearthed by archaeologists in the next millennium, future civilizations might think our world had a strange set of priorities. (Hey, who knows what the words inscribed at the temple at Delphi really meant...)

If you stop and think about it then it fits us all. Perfect.

Thanks for visiting Katonah Daily Photo, and, as I can see from your stats, "Welcome" to the clan. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work.
Nice advert, good catch
I like the reflection in this one. Sometimes reflection can be hard to deal with. Good job.
Well, thank you!
I have a few xtras to pass your way as well.
Great window pic.
Great shot! Love the messages in the message!
Love this, Laurie. Great commentary too.
I suppose 'gathering' is preferable to 'fishing' for them. A nice pic Laurie.
It is funny how everything excavated from the past is presumed to have religious or spiritual significance. If this window aligns to the solstice sunrise, it's definitely nailed as a sacred space. Aaaaauuuummmmmmm.
Hi, thanks for visiting me & my monkey in San Diego :) That's a good motto, better than gathering dust which unfortunately is a problem at my house with certain items.
Good point! Although, the way things are going sometimes I wonder if people will still be able to read...and will they have the drive or interest to dig?
In response to the question you left on my photo of the striped bathroom - it's paint, not wallpaper.
And in response to this photo - I love the phrase. Good catch.
Hi folks,
I'm glad you got as much of a kick out of the sign as I did. Elaine, I love your take on escavations. ANd Isadora, I wonder about those things, too.
You won't find me excavating. I stand up on a shovel and nothing happens. Embarrassing. But I do like the sign very much.
I used to joke that "Fast Frame," was a branch of the Police Department, at least in the eyes of OJ's lawyers.
