Freeway Noir: 2

In a cityscape turned ghostly by dusk, painted faces stared from an almost-empty parking structure.  She was a long way from home...

Join me for Freeway Noir this week:  a series of shots taken while stuck in traffic on the 110.

(Do I have to mention this again?  I shot all pictures from the passenger seat, not the driver's seat.  And boy was it hard to drive from there!  I kid, I kid...)

beautiful shot!

I just don't know how people in LA don't fall asleep in traffic! Seriously! Why not take a pic when you're in a parking lot? Er, I mean, on the 110? ;-)

I love the vignette on the sky. All of the geometry of those buildings is perfect in black and white.

Of course I love the mural...It is hand painted and is by no other than ...Kent Twitchell. The subject is the LA Chamber Orchestra.
