Best of Glimpses: #6

It's really hard to pick a favorite of all the old cars I've captured with my camera, but this one is definitely up in the top ten. Okay, in the top twenty. Oh, who am I kidding? I love them all.


I continue to revisit some of my favorite Glimpses photos this week. Thanks for letting me take some time to clear my head.

This caught my attention. My first car was a 1937 Chevy. Looked similar to this. Mine was black, of course, but it had the whitewalls, and the fender skirts. I had taken off all the ornaments and lowered the back end...it was pretty cool. Paid $175 to the proverbial little old lady for it in 1953!
