HEE HEE - my first thought was "23 skidoo" but I looked it up to make sure that was indeed a phrase from the 20's. I was right. Here is what Wikipedia has to say about it.

In December of 2007, after many years on the west side of Los Angeles (and at least a third of those years spent stuck in traffic on Pico Boulevard) my family settled into a happy little house in South Pasadena. My mother taught me the Charleston from the '20s, but the Jitterbug lives on. Oh, what fun I had with that. Now, this car is something else.
