Ant Farm!!!!
Does it say stuck?
It's an Ant Farm. Obviously the ants have recently been on Fair Oaks and are protesting the construction.
Whatever it is...I like the stark black and white image of giant-size wormy white letters stuck and struggling to break through the earth to topple windmill, bridge, house, and farm out of existence into the 21st Century.
Or the ants & worms are bored and want CHANGE!
Or...
