Last time I was under the weather and ill-prepared for a post I distracted you with a colorful sunset. This time, I give you a high contrast camphor tree in monochrome.
I am so sorry that you are feeling under the weather. This tree looks like any of the nine oaks in my front yard. In your tree-climbing days you would have loved them. At that time they were spindly fishing poles.
Lol! I sympathize with the tactic, having been in a mental kerfuffle lately from my recent trip. Get well soon! And keep the tree pictures coming. Not only are they distracting, they're lovely.

Thank you Charlie's Coffee House for hosting my photo exhibit, South Pas: Observed. From October 2011 through January 2012 my pictures graced the walls of the best place in town to get a cup of coffee!

The bark does look like a Texas oak tree. I like how the branches stretch out like a gnarled hand.
BE WELL!!!
It's a nice post! Feel better.
Get well soon LA!
Feel better.
That previous sunset distraction was really fantastic and I like this tree too. It does remind me of Austin trees. Homesick??
Get well soon. Nice picture.
Hope you feel better soon.

Well, you know how easily distracted I am.
WV: Mophypie. Nothing more distracting than that.
Thanks, y'all!
I realized just now that this is NOT a camphor tree... it is an oak tree, which is why Judy said it looked so much like Texas oaks.
Oops!
Until tomorrow...
The vitamin C must've brought you to your senses!!!
