The History of Glimpses
In December of 2007, after many years on the west side of Los Angeles (and at least a third of those years spent stuck in traffic on Pico Boulevard) my family settled into a happy little house in South Pasadena. This daily blog covered almost 5 years as I put down roots in my new home town -- and almost 5 more as I settled in and became a South Pas old-timer. Here it is...my time capsule of South Pasadena.

I guess I should be more care when using a circular saw.

I'm still wondering about that tree falling in the woods thing.
If the moon is made of green cheese, at what point do pigs fly?
The economy is soooo bad, even OSH has stopped cutting wood to order so this person drives around waiting for an order.
But my brain went to the gutter after that thought...I didn't know Lorena Bobbitt was out of prison and taking orders!
I'd start with "what are you building?"
Well, now that you ask:
LA, why did you leave TX?
Why did you leave LA?
Just thought to stop bye & ask. Does anyone know these answers?
Why is the Fourth of July? Why do police guys beat on peace guys? Where'd you get those short shorts? Why do fools fall in love? How much wood would a woodchuck chuck? Do you know the way to San Jose?
How much to cut off soaring health care costs before EVERYONE is bankrupt?
