The History of Glimpses
In December of 2007, after many years on the west side of Los Angeles (and at least a third of those years spent stuck in traffic on Pico Boulevard) my family settled into a happy little house in South Pasadena. This daily blog covered almost 5 years as I put down roots in my new home town -- and almost 5 more as I settled in and became a South Pas old-timer. Here it is...my time capsule of South Pasadena.

Judging by the time of your post, it looks like you were up late putting toys together. I was awakend by a noise on the roof and went outside to see if reindeer realy know how to fly and ended up with jack frost nipping at my nose.
What a pretty window scene. Merry Christmas to you!

THanks, everyone. I'm exhausted from almost no sleep in the last week and it's catching up to me. Christmas was merry and bright here at Casa Allee. I hope all of you had a wonderful day, too.
