Summer's Coming...

The sunbeams o'er the meadows lie,
And zephyrs light are straying;
And, oh! 'tis time that school was done,
And children--out a-playing.

Her cloche hat takes us back to another time. YUM - I want what they're having.

What a great poem!!

This is yet another picture where someone looks like she is from the 1930s. I remember another one with a little girl sitting on a curb outside of Nicoles. It looked like something out of depression era Life magazine. South Pasadena really is like something out of an old movie. Great picture, as always.

Don't you love the hat? I can personally vouch for the snow cones!

Thanks, everyone. Until tomorrow...
