Noir Moderne

“I wouldn't presume to define noir - if we could define it, we wouldn't need to use a French word for it - but it seems to me it's more a way of looking at the world than what one sees.”

This is stellar, Laurie. Do another Noir Week already!

BTW, where is this house? I thought I knew all of them in South Pas.

Thanks, wonderful people!

Green Guy, it's in the hills. Forget exactly where.

Great to see you here, Ann!

I was wondering about the location too. I've seen several that match the style, 209 Oaklawn Avenue is similar, but doesn't have the glass bricks. Current owner ruined the facade recently, but Google street view is pre-remodel.

The roofline is distinctively rounded though, and with Google maps, located it at the end of El Coronado Street, about 413 El Coronado St...

I thought this house was off Via Del Rey in one of the cul de saks.
