Am I the only one who starts fantasizing about cold weather right about now? I don't mean shovel-the-snow-in-the-driveway, get-out-your-lambskin-gloves East Coast/Midwest cold weather. Please! This is Southern California!I'm just ready for black tights, root vegetable stew, hot toddies, roasted marshmallows, down comforters and, for the love of heaven, no more flies in the house.
Anyone with me?

Yes! So sick of the 100 degree weather!
Come to England...I had a stew last week and a hot toddy sounds pretty good :). To be fair the weather isn't that cold as you may have seen if you have watched the Olympics...but no 100 degrees here for sure.

In my case...it would mean shovel-the-snow-in-the-driveway....so no...I'm reveling in the warm weather and even a warm night or two!!! Last night I sat on the back deck with a glass of wine and Agatha Christie and enjoyed the evening slipping away...no jackets, no blankets...it was divine!!!
It's 90 right now. It's after sun down. I need a margarita.
... i love this pic (as all your photos at this intersection are great!); but if it's still in the 90's into October, THEN i'll be ready to layer. Until then, i couldn't love the hot days and warm evenings more. Cheers!
