A Blur of Little Ballet Dancers

I'm convinced if Degas had been able to get access to an iPhone, he would have had as much fun snapping away at his dancers as I had snapping away at these...

Photo shot with iPhone, processed with Photoshop for iPhone and the MoreLomo app.

Lovely. Painterly .

I can't believe the cool shots you get with your iPhone. This really does look like an impressionist painting. Nice!

I've said so many times how blur is so underrated. This is totally painterly.

I agree, Judy. Blur is definitely underrated. Impressionism with a camera.

Judy taught me to appreciate blur.

This brought back a flood of memories... I took ballet at the War Memorial Building when I was five years old... back in 1956. Looks like things haven't changed all that much!

Truly it is hard to capture the best angle with moving subjects like a dancing ballerina. Thanks because now, it is never an issue! With the use of Nikon D3200 you can capture the shots that you wanted.
