Ah, Kindergarten...

The new friends! The lessons!

The colds.

We're sick yet again around here. Your faithful blogger is too zonked out to offer much today, so talk amongst yourselves! (And if you are anywhere near a five year old -- any five year old in town -- run as fast as you can and douse yourself in Lysol.)

Love Mr. E's poem

Too bad this "awww-inspiring" shot also eludes to germs and snotty noses.

Get well quick, my dear. :)

Such a sweet picture to denote such germs. May you awaken one day and it will all be behind you.

Bread and Butter. The game, not the photo. I love the photo.

That's a BIIIIGGG back pack Lil Bit is carrying. Colds notwithstanding, you'll look back with fond memories on these times. Relish them and continue to create your photographic record.

Honestly, by the end of this year I'm convinced the Allee family immune systems will quality for superhero status. We'll be able to swim in cholera rivers by the end of all of this.

Hiker, of COURSE you would know about Bread and Butter. A family tradition!

DB, don't you love that backpack? Little Bit had to have it. Hey, a princess has a lot of stuff to carry around.

hygiene hypothesis! (aka "let your kids roll around in mud and get germs when they're young so that they won't be allergic to everything later in life"). feel better!

You're absolutely right Alex...we have friends who's grandchildren have been absolutely protected from germs, almost as if they've lived in a bubble, and they have allergies and all kinds of other health problems...
