January in South Pas

Kinda makes me feel guilty about all the snow in the Northeast.

Your side view is lovely. I like the woman walking past. Hard to believe all that growth can go on in mid January.

Tomorrow, have an arctic blast coming our way with the highs in the 30's. It could last for a couple of weeks, so we thin blooded Texans will all be whining about it. I guess if you grow up with the white stuff, you're used to it, but I think I'll stay put.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Beautiful shot.

Hey, I miss your writing. Is South Pasadena Patch taking all your words?

Don't feel guilty about the snow in Mammoth. Record breaking snow for December, and now it's beautiful and crystal clear.

it's respectful to feel guilty, but it feels better to gloat.

Hee hee, Alex.

Laurie, it's not your fault. You can be guilt-free.

A friend of mine was in Mammoth earlier this week and couldn't get arrested to save his life.

The police were too busy rescuing dumb people from LA who were driving in the snow and ice without chains or 4WD to arrest many people. Tell him to see me next time and I'll take care of it.

My friend brought chains, but he didn't use them for his car.

So long as it's private and between consenting adults, it's not a problem.

You guys are cracking me up!

Thanks, everyone.

Oh, and Green Guy -- I have been caught up in holiday and post-holiday frenzy so, you're right, I haven't been writing as much as usual. Don't worry, I'll be back to droning on again very soon...
