In the Mean Time...

Sometimes I turn a corner and it feels like I've turned a page of a jazz age novel. Like this one:

"Don't talk so much, old sport," commanded Gatsby. "Play!"

"IN THE MORNING, IN THE EVENING, AIN'T WE GOT FUN——"

Bonnie was inside having a cup of tea while Clyde waited impatiently outside in their getaway car. "Lets Go!" he shouted. "We have banks to rob!"

Isn't this a great scene? I thought of Nick from Gatsby but I love your ideas, you two.

Yes, a great scene! (Isn't it funny -- I know where every line appears in the book.)

I passed this the other day too, and was just waiting for it to show up here :)

Too cool, Cheyne!

Hiker, me too. :-) I bet we could recite it together -- you'd remember where I forgot and vice versa. (I can see it now. SGV bloggers readers theatre!!!)
