This is stunning. I love the ladder design of the stripes pulling our eyes to the back of the shot with those wonderful palms and killer clouded sky!!

LA: If I had to bet on it, I'd say this was a morning sky... it looks cool and frosty, instead of warm and glowing as when the sun sets. It actually DOES make me shiver in a delicious sort of way.

And I love the tracks, and the far horizon, and the call of adventure.

Another one for my wall!!!

Those look like dark clouds creeping in to snuff out the light from our rare sunny daze.

Wow, amazing composition, and also my favorite California silhouette! Dark palms on a pink and blue sky, just like all those OP t-shirts I wore in Jr. High.

A sight full of promise. (Jack Frost nips between 2 a.m. - 5 p.m.)

Beautimous picture, Laurie! Wish I could be there with you. Soon, I hope.

Mister Earl blasted me awake with his You Tube number. But it is cold, wet and nasty here.

Good lord, I meant 5 a.m.

WV: Glueys. Too much sniffing thereof.

I got some photos of very similar clouds. We haven't had many clouds lately. This would have been on Saturday. Is the sun setting?

After looking at this, I had to think somewhere it's cold outside

Hasn't the light been wonderful?

Why do I always get long WV's that mean absolutely nothing?

I expect you to answer both of my questions.

Hey everyone,

Thanks, Vijay!

Jude, I thought you might like this one. :-) You know how we both love a diagonal line or a vanishing point!

Ken, I always think of you when the light is like this. You have mentioned it before.

Mister E, cool vid!

Yak, it was sunset but I agree that it LOOKS like morning light.

Aw, Cafe, no dark clouds! Just fluffy little clouds...

Hiker, have YOU been nipping something? :-)

DIxie Mommy, wish you were here too.

Shanna, I can't remember which day last week. It might have been Friday.

Petrea, I'm happy to answer you lovely one... yep, the light has been amazing and the reason you get the long word verifications is because you are chosen by the higher beings to receive messages that will ultimately save the world. So, uh, what do these messages mean, anyway?

Hugs, peace, love and fluffy clouds everyone. Until tomorrow...

Laurie: Yeah, it was Friday. Jim was driving and I got a few quick shots out the window as we crossed over the hill.
