Peelings...nothing more than peelings...am feeeeeling bluuuuuuue since you peeled off of meeeee!

Actually, I lived in those apartments many moons ago. Sad to see the garages so run down. The roof of this garage was GREAT for having a glass of wine, noshies and watching the sun set over the golf course.

And, at one point, I taught a 60-something year old guy to skateboard around the sidewalk round in the middle between the two buildings. Not the brightest thing to do, especially when he was a little drunk...but mother told me to teach him and he couldn't throw a ball, so skateboarding it was.

AWW - I bet you made that guy's day teaching him to skateboard, Trish. But drunk? Now that takes some work. LOL

judy--he flew planes stone cold sober...skateboarding drunk was simple...for him.

I do miss those suppers or just drinks out on the roof.

Nice job, everyone! I should get you guys to write all of my posts! It never ceases to amaze me how cool this blog can be. I post a photo of old garage doors and end up with cool insight, wit, personal stories ... it's just great to be your blogger, people. Thanks for contributing! And Trish, I may just have to sneak up on that roof to shoot the sunset... sounds like a great view.

Til tomorrow, gang!
