Hey neighbor, come on in and grab a beer. Why am I here you ask? Well two days ago the cable guy went up on the roof to repair one of the wires. His truck is still in the driveway and I smell apple pie baking.
Lets go in and grab some pie and coffee and worry about the cable guy later.
You guys are the best!
